Ms. Joanna Lv joined Sohu in August 2000.  Previously she was the Senior Finance Director, in charge of day-to-day finance operations, including financial reporting, budget planning and treasury. Joanna brings extensive experience in financial management and has been involved in multiple strategic financial projects for Sohu. Ms. Lv received her bachelor's degree in economics from the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing and an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University. 

Ms. Yi Zeng joined Sohu since 2000. She is now a Vice President of Marketing, leading the marketing, public relations, and government affairs of the Sohu Group. Ms. Zeng holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese language from Beijing Normal University, and an EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Zhonghan Deng is the Chief Scientist and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vimicro International Corporation (“Vimicro”), which he co-founded in 1999. Dr. Zhonghan Deng also worked as a research scientist for International Business Machines Corporation at the T.J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York. Dr. Deng received a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer sciences, a Master of Science degree in economics and a Master of Science degree in physics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Shi Wang is the Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vanke Co., Ltd (“Vanke”), of which he also served as General Manager from 1991 to 1999. In 1984 Mr. Shi Wang founded the Shenzhen Exhibition Center of Modern Science and Education Equipment, which is the predecessor of Vanke. Mr. Shi Wang is the Executive Manager of the China Real Estate Association and is Deputy Director of the City Housing Development Council of the China Real Estate Association. Mr. Shi Wang also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Destone Acquisition Corp.

Dr. Dave Qi is a Professor of Accounting and the former Associate Dean of the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He began teaching at the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2002 and was the founding Director of the Executive MBA program. Before joining the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Dr. Dave Qi was an Associate Professor at the School of Accounting of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Dave Qi has published many articles and research essays on accounting, financial reporting, capital market and other related topics. Dr. Dave Qi also serves as director of the following public companies: Bison Finance Group Limited (HK Stock Exchange), CTV Golden Bridge International Media Co., LTD. (Hong Kong Stock Exchange), Momo Inc. (Nasdaq), Yunfeng Financial Group Limited (formerly Reorient Group Limited) (Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and Haidilao International Holding Ltd. (HK Stock Exchange). In addition, Dr. Dave Qi serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of each of Bison Finance Group Limited, CTV Golden Bridge International Media Co., LTD., and Haidilao International Holding Ltd., and as a member of the Audit Committee of each of Momo Inc., and Yunfeng Financial Group Limited. Dr. Qi has a Ph.D. in accounting from the Eli Broad Graduate School of management of Michigan State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fudan University. Dr. Dave Qi is currently a member of the American Accounting Association.

Xiaojian Hong is ChangYou's Chief Operating Officer and was one of the principal founders of the Company's online games business. Mr. Hong has significant experience in the security, efficiency and stability of online games software and operations. Prior to ChangYou's carve-out from Sohu, Mr. Hong was a Senior Manager of Sohu and played a key role in building Sohu's online games development division and was responsible for strategic planning for technology framework design and module development for the online games business. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Hong worked at Sina and was a research and development manager of its iGAME project. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Hong was the Manager of Research and Development of Beijing Tian Ren Interactive Software Technologies Co. Ltd., responsible for in-house digital games design and development and introduction, distribution and localization of popular overseas games products. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Hong was a project manager of Object Software (Beijing) Limited. Mr. Hong received a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Beijing Technology University.

Dewen Chen is our Chief Executive Officer and was one of the principal founders of our online game business. Mr. Chen joined Sohu in 2005 as a business manager, responsible for building our sales team for games products and starting May 2006, Mr. Chen was in charge of the overall marketing, promotion, sales and channel distribution of Sohu’s games products. Prior to our carve out from Sohu, Mr. Chen was the Director of Marketing & Operations of online games business of Sohu. From April 2000 to April 2005, Mr. Chen worked at Shanghai Hua Teng Software System Co. Ltd. as a pre-sale technology consultant and sale manager of its business with banks. Prior to that, Mr. Chen had worked with Fujian Shi Da Computer Group as a software engineer, project manager and later the Director of the Technology Department at its Shanghai branch office. Mr. Chen received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University.

Ms. Sherry Zhang is a Vice President of Operations and Human Resources. From 2012 to April 2017, Ms. Zhang was a Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. From 2000 to 2012, Ms. Zhang served different managerial roles in HR department at Sohu. Prior to that, Ms. Zhang worked with Bausch & Lomb for 5 years. She obtained a bachelor’s degree from East China University of Metallurgy, a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University.

Dr. Charles Zhang is the founder,Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of SOHU.COM. Dr. Zhang has a Ph.D degree in experimental physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree from Qinghua University in Beijing. Dr. Charles Zhang was the Chairman of the Board of Changyou prior to the completion of the Changyou Merger.

In October 1998, Dr. Charles Zhang was named by Time Digital as one of the world's top fifty digital elite. He has been recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Global Leader of Tomorrow. Dr. Zhang regularly participates in leading international conferences, including the Fortune Global 500 Forum, Fortune Magazine roundtables, and World Economic Forum meetings. In July 2001 Charles Zhang co-lead an executive delegation to support Beijing's successful 2008 Olympic bid at the112th International Olympic Committee in Moscow. In March 2003 Charles Zhang became a member of All-China Federation Of Industry & Commerce. In May 2003 Charles Zhang joined the SOHU-sponsored China Mount Everest team to a height of 6,666 meters in an expedition celebrating the 50th anniversary of the tallest mountain's human conquest. In July 2003 Time Magazine featured Charles Zhang as one of 15 Global Tech Gurus.In September 2003, BusinessWeek listed Dr.Zhang as one of 25 global E-biz CEOs. In July 2005, Dr. Zhang was selected as the Executive committee member and deputy director of Press & Publication Committee of the National Youth Association's 10th Committee. In November 2005, Dr. Zhang led Sohu's efforts in winning the Internet Content Service Sponsorship role for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

Mr. Charles Huang is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Netbig Education Holdings Ltd. (“Netbig”), a leading education enterprise in China. Prior to founding Netbig in 1999, Mr. Huang served as Executive Director and Head of the Asia Securitization Group of Deutsche Bank, New York and Hong Kong, as well as a Senior Vice President of Prudential Securities Inc., New York. Mr. Huang is also a Chartered Financial Analyst, and serves as director of ZTO Express (Cayman) Inc. (New York Stock Exchange). Mr. Huang holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from MIT and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Science and Technology of China.
